Consultant – Organizational Transformation

Position Overview

Sapere Consulting is looking for an individual with 4-7 years of professional experience who is motivated by the challenge of identifying and implementing operational and organizational change. You will work closely with consultants and client stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to complex operational problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 4+ years of professional employment in one or more of the following areas:

• Operations and project controls, preferably in a nuclear facility or similar environment.
• Planning and implementing large projects.
• Defining and managing technical scope, schedule, and budget.
• Managing teams and delivering projects.
• Strategic planning; and/or business/project risk analysis.

• Experience with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Visio, Word PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to write concisely and create compelling presentations.

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and a passion for learning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• US citizenship or the ability to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective, innovative solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with other consultants and client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.

• Experience in leading and managing change initiatives, with a focus on driving organizational improvement and operational efficiency.

• Experience with project controls, including planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Experience

• Experience in operations management, particularly within nuclear facilities or similar high stakes environments.

• Familiarity with performance measurement techniques and operational efficiency metrics.

• Certification in operations management or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP)

• Knowledge of nuclear regulations and safety protocols

At Sapere we work in offices to optimize creativity and innovation. Most of our employees enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid approach working in our offices two to three days a week. We seek candidates located in or willing to relocate to one of our four office locations in Seattle WA, Spokane WA, Chicago IL, or Washington DC. The expectation of this role is to be able to support west coast working hours, regardless of office location.

We offer market-based salaries, a generous incentive compensation based on project execution, and sales, and a benefits package with family-oriented healthcare plans as well as dental, vision, disability, FMLA and EAP, in addition to paid time off.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000.
